The 1 Year Program is our most comprehensive offering. A serious commitment to the craft, designed to develop the actor from the ground up.
Stage 1
Foundations
Repetition. Listening. Instinct.
The training begins with the Repetition exercise developing truthful listening, spontaneous response, and moment to moment contact. From this foundation, actors begin building the essential skills that support great acting.

Stage 2
Emotional Life
Preparation. Expectation. Deeper contact.
As the work deepens, actors take the essential step of moving beyond repetition, beginning to explore a deeper quality of contact with their partners and themselves.

Stage 3
Relationship & Text
Behaviour. Connection. Living truthfully in scenes.
Actors begin applying the work to relationships and text, learning how to bring truthful behaviour and emotional depth into scripted material without losing spontaneity or contact.

Stage 4
Integration & Scene Work
Integration. Embodiment. Behaviour.
The final stage integrates the actor’s imagination, emotional life, preparation and technique into full scene work. Actors explore character embodiment, impediments, and the deeper layers of human behaviour required for compelling performance.
